  • Post your review on launch day
  • We'll provide step-by-step instructions to make this easy

BACKGROUND:

By joining the Sell Like You F*ckΒ Book Launch Team, you're getting early access to advance chapters and exclusive content. This Agreement outlines how this Confidential Information should be used and protected until the official book launch.

The advanced content and Launch Team materials are provided solely for your personal review and to help you prepare thoughtful reviews and promotion for the book release.

AGREEMENT:

By participating in the Book Launch Team, you agree to the following:

1. Confidentiality Commitment

  • You will treat the advance book content and Book Launch Team information as confidential
  • You will make good faith efforts to ensure it is not shared with others prior to the official book launch
  • This includes not sharing with friends, family, colleagues, or on public platforms before launch day

2. Ownership of Information

  • All advance content, behind-the-scenes materials, and Book Launch Team resources remain the property of Kimberly Rich/Elevated Press, LLC
  • This includes the advance book copy, exclusive content, marketing materials, and any other Launch Team resources

3. No Unauthorized Copying or Sharing

  • You will not make copies of the advance book or share it with anyone
  • You will not post excerpts, quotes, or substantial portions of the book publicly before launch day
  • Screenshots or photos of book pages should not be posted on social media before the official launch

4. Proper Attribution

  • You will take necessary steps to retrieve or request the deletion of any improperly disclosed information
  • Any discussion of the book's contents should properly attribute the concepts and ideas to Kimberly Rich and Sell Like You F*ck

5. Nature of Information

  • You acknowledge that the advanced content is proprietary and confidential
  • Any disclosure of this information to third parties in breach of this Agreement cannot be adequately compensated for in money damages and would cause harm to Elevated Press, LLC

6.Β Liability

  • You are liable for all costs, expenses, and expenditures including the complete legal costs incurred by Kimberly Rich / Elevated Press, LLC in enforcing this Agreement as a result of any default of this Agreement by You.
